Garlic spaghetti sounds better than brioche SAF!

Mouseface · 20/01/2011 13:16

Can I come to the pub too please? I'll bring cards and pay for the crisps Grin

Off to make soemthing for lunch. No idea what.... nothing in!

desire - my physio tells me to engage my tummy muscles whenever I can, and even my pelvic floor to add strength to my core stability.

I don't actullay have a pelvic floor anymore so I find it really hard to do.

Clenching your bottom is also good but as SAF says, slowly and controlled. So you tighten and release at the same speen.

You just have to re-train your brain into doing the tightening automatically.

The stronger your core, the easier it will be to tone the rest of your body.

I think you're doing great!

What are you having for lunch? And Dinner?

Spot on SAF. That's why my physio is trying to get my middle strong.

My pelvic floor was nails before Nemo. As soon as the SPD kicked in, and the issues with my sacroliac (SP?) joint, I've not been able to exercise or do my pelvic floor pulls ups either Grin

I'm getting there slowly. Davina has a core exercise on her DVD so I'm starting that at the weekend.

Oooooh - sausage casserole! YUM YUM YUM!

Can I just say -

JK 'So how many times did you sleep with your boyfriends brother?'

'Erm, once, or maybe three times, I think?'

JK 'Well which is it?'

'Erm, about three times.'

JK 'How can you not be sure?'

'I'm just not.....'

Brilliant.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/01/2011 14:29

No exercise here, but no smoking either so not all bad

No idea what to do for tea, had scrambled egg for lunch.

Might do jackets.

TotalChaos · 20/01/2011 14:33

desiretochange · 20/01/2011 14:36

Mouseface · 20/01/2011 14:43

desiretochange · 20/01/2011 15:13

Been very bad with diet today, have overdosed on carbohydrates, had 2 slices brown bread this morning, potatoes and fish in breadcrumbs at lunchtime Hmm, chili for tea but definitely no rice.

Mouseface · 20/01/2011 15:16

If you over carb, it's better to do it at breakfast or lunch so that you have more chance to burn them off.

Keep going, you'll get there.

I am a carbs whore. Addicted to them. I need to wean myself off them and add more protein into the mix.

Do as I say, not as I do Grin

Hey all.

Feeling a bit maudlin and tearful today. The house is too quiet.

Mouseface · 20/01/2011 19:49

Sweetheart. There is nothing that I can do today or tomorrow to make you feel better but I can tell you that I love you lots, and you are doing great.

Please just be gentle with yourself. You are allowed to feel sad.
