Stopped bf 3 months ago and since the return of my periods I've had real problems with major mood swings during my period. When on a downer I really struggle to manage the kids and have felt close to really losing it with them. Prior to having kids I used to get quite severe pain and pmt but that's all much better now . If possible I would rather change my diet, take supplements etc than get meds for it. Any suggestions? dh really doesn't deserve the stick he takes each month!!
