Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

I don't queue. It's a work thing. There is a post by me yesterday morning explaining it in all it's boring glory.

Yesterday was NO Fail Monday, which we failed to the tune of minus 300 odd. So Today was made No Fail Tuesday. But we failed.

I have medicine - cold and flu tablets plus chloroseptic but still feel that I could go at anytime.

Morning, just about to get ready for work, weight still same as last week, measurements pretty much the same as 2 weeks ago - although weirdly my trouser belt is one tighter again, just done a long session on the cross trainer. Will burn this fat off if nothing else.
