Hello

I'm back wedding and engagement ringless. Sad

I have however, found another eternity ring so MrM can exchange the one he got so it matches my others.

I feel so bad but he said it's not right. The one he got looks odd.

Hey Mittz!! Your list is a bit like mine!

Salad for lunch. Pizza for dinner. And an hours walk on crutches around town. Calories burnt!! Grin

just thought id share that.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 18/09/2010 16:07

Thanks for sharing.Smile

Have you seen Shutter Island? I quite fancy that.

BrianAndHisBalls · 18/09/2010 16:13

not yet, my ocd gets weird with some films that are sort of 'going mad/mental asylum' type films, I've got it on dvd and really want to watch it though.

OCD gets bad because I always think argh what if I end up mad from watching this film (I know, totally stupid) and THEN...there was a banker (i think) really succesful guy, lovely family, wife, home etc. Came home one day and beat his 2? 3? year old daughter to death!!! They said afterwards he's had a psychotic turn brought on by watching a horror film!!!!!!!!!!!!! So thats when my weird anxiety got worse!!

yes lurkers - im a nutter Grin

and yes i really did use that many !!!!!!

Mouseface · 18/09/2010 16:36

Millionaire executive unhinged by horror film killed daughter
Last updated at 00:22am on 13.01.08

Victim: Daughter Yanire was beaten to death by her father

The horrific scene when a devoted father "flipped" and battered his two-year-old daughter to death was described to a court yesterday.

Insurance executive Alberto Izaga suffered an "extreme and sudden" psychological breakdown which made him think the little girl was possessed by the Devil.

Sweating and shouting with rage, the 36-year-old millionaire ranted that "God doesn't exist! The universe doesn't exist! Humanity doesn't exist!"

His terrified wife was powerless to stop him as he shook and punched their only child before repeatedly smashing her head against the floor.

The Old Bailey heard that psychiatrists cannot say what triggered Mr Izaga's psychotic meltdown.

Shortly before the tragedy, however, he had been affected by seeing a horror film made by the director of The Exorcist.

Spanish-born Mr Izaga, who is being held in a secure mental hospital, appeared unable to take in what was being said as he sat in court.

He was supported by a large family group, including his parents, who have moved to Britain so they can visit him in hospital.

Sad poor little girl.

Nooooo ID I love them, they are so tactile and squishy and soft. Size isn't important, it is the tiny little hairs that make them so lickable touchable.

I have been soul searching about what I want in my life. If/why/how/when I might want a 'someone' and pondering what I like about there being a 'someone'... not especially what they do for you but when it is nice to be there for someone. Seeing a tired frown and knowing you have the words or touch to alleviate that wearyness....

Any way, on the lighter side of things.. I miss giggling at bedtime, hugs, just knowing with a look that you are there for each other.. and ear lobes. And testicles but that seems a bit weird...

Brian SadSad I know someone who had a mental breakdown, different reasons and not sudden but it is heartbreaking and not as rare as one would hope. So very sad.
