I'm Mouse and I've managed to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks!!

This is a thread for those who want to shed some pounds, keep 'em off and spend their time MNing talking about nowt exciting how to eat more healthy foods.

Had lots of cuddles with DC's but awful night. Might try and keep a diary or something to find out what is triggering bad days. And get AD's checked.

Our cat used to bring home worms.... . She went a bit feral when DS was born and never really lived with us again .

Another shocking night, on my own as MrM didn't hear Nemo.

I feel dreadful. Sorry but I will mainly be moaning and whinging today.

I'll weigh tomorrow when I can see the scales.

Well apparently I have put on a pound.

I have got my period though, so that may have something to do with it.

saf - you are a cat person, so you know what you are doing, I reckon it's a great idea. you are a good budgetter, so will manage any animal/vet expenses.

I have just had beef and tomato cob. followed by a tiny slice of apple pie. Drinking herbal teas.

What time are you there SAF? I have to say that I don't feel any better yet. I guess I thought they may work as a magic wand.

I feel the same, I had a couple of high days but more so side effects. I am back next week.

I hope your doc listens to you. Are you on 1x 20mg per day? My doc said that they take around 3 weeks to kick in and then a while after that to actually work properly.
