Mouse, We have kept in touch, not seen her for a couple of years. I just feel a bit of a hermit atm.

I have no idea when I'm due on - mouse I'm about the same as you aren't I?

Cbeebies is about two hours of programmes played on a loop. DD likes Mr Tumble though. Smile

Hello again,

No not fallen out with you lot mouse, but then you knew that.

Too much to catch up with, very tired, work was fine, disturbed sleep though when I got home. Planning a swim and some other bits and bobs, feel like I'm not going to be posting that much, but I keep checking in and reading through.

I hope you are all behaving

Mouseface · 15/09/2010 12:11

Grin 100!! You knew I was only kidding, right?

Yes, please do keep popping in for a chat and support! I miss swimming. One day,I shall swim again!!!

:o Yes I knew you were only kidding :o

You neglected to write if you were behaving.....

What is stopping you swim? I don't know people's stories so excuse the ignorance/stupidity.

Mouseface · 15/09/2010 12:22

Extreme laziness! Grin

No, not really!

I have/had severe Symphasis Pubis Dysfunction with Nemo, 16m, and have been on crutches since I was 20 weeks pg.

I have weekly hydro and physio but am at neither this week due to childcare/travel issues. I'm also on Tramadol and Dyclofenic (SP?) to manage the pain.

It's more my sarcoliac (SP?) joint now but this is due to the SPD. My pelvis is out of line, one half is lower than the other, which causes me to limp and in turn, this cause pain in my lower back and knees.

It's going to take a futher 6 months before I even get to trigger point therapy!!

You could say I'm a bit broken!!

And re bahaving, erm, yes, for now! Wink

Oh heck Mouse that's not nice for you. Had both of those drugs in the past for an injury, mmmm tramadol, it's good stuff. Diclofenac was fine the one time for me, the next time I had it it rotted my guts, I shall say no more!!

I hope you do get sorted and get to where you want to be. I was out of swimming action for some time, initially I missed it terribly, then I kind of forgot how much I loved it, now I'm back at it I can't imagine stopping again.

Still undecided on the cal counting, have looked at that food focus one, or to try and stick with SW
