SAF - what Double said is spot on. Your posts are more upbeat and smiley. You are using (shush, tell no-one) kisses at the end of your messages!

You don't do affection or feelings but you are IYSWIM.

You just seem much happier. Like the pressure is off and the clouds have lifted. xx

Bitter - what Double said again! God, she's good today. Just try and chill out. You sound uber stressed. What's getting to you most lovely? xx

WELL DONE YOU!!!!! xxx

Well done double, that's brilliant news.

BrianAndHisBalls · 14/09/2010 10:57

Double - fantastic news you are indeed a star!! Grin

Bitter - the tablets can make you feel very anxious and stressed at first. My dr always says the first two weeks can get worse before it then starts to get better. And stop putting down your feelings, they are very valid, you are not moaning at all.

SAF - Should i answer that question?!... you were very flat in your posts, no joking around really and also you were hypersensitive so that if someone said something it might upset you but i wouldnt have a fucking clue why, you nutter Grin Now you're back to your normal funny, sarcastic, jokey, lovely self. I think they are triggers i recognise in myself (especially the hypersensitive bit) and they are usually signs my dosage isn't right.

back to sewing xx

Double - that sounds wonderful! Well done on sorting the childcare too!!

And, if you are stuck for funds....... we're not loaded but could help out a bit 'til you get your grant on the go? Smile

DD starts guitar lessons on Thursday. She has chior tonight. And has a boyfriend! Shock

Remember her asking about the 'should I ask a boy out via fb?'

Well, she did and he said yes!!! He lives miles away and goes to a differnt school so God knows how it's gonna go. Via fb I should imagine!!! Grin

I need to eat. Not feeling great, really anxious and jumpy. DD is awake, need to get her some lunch.

Yay and Shock at minimouse's boyfriend.

Mouseface · 14/09/2010 14:06

Double - no nap. Makes me feel worse. I'm just floating through the day.

Bitter - it's not a real boyfriend. It's a real playground type situation.

It'll all be over by the end of next week and someone else will be the love of her life.

Eat!!! You need to keep your blood sugar levels nice and even on the meds. Little and often.

Take it easy lovely lady xxx

I've had another cup of tea. Can't stomach food yet.

Mouseface · 14/09/2010 14:56

How about getting some slimfast shakes in for when you don't feel like eating?

I've just checked my multi vits and they don't have iron in.

TC - you are most likely right! I can't think what I eat with iron in. My diet is shit.

Sending MrM out for an iron supplement. Thanks TC for making me think about it!

Where is SAF and Mittz? And Alice? Has she popped by today?

Boo.

Can't stop, off to work in a minute yawn roll on my days off.

Did run yesterday and it was very good, feeling all virtuous and full of beans. However I want to get on the scales every day

Thinking of going to calorie counting for a while, but not sure how it will go, if I feel like I am too restricted then I will possibly end up going the opposite way, but that might just be excuses, long history with me and problems, don't really want to go into it, but I might need loads of support if I do go down that route for a while!

Mouseface · 14/09/2010 15:29

Hey 100!

Thought you'd fallen out with us! Grin

Whatever you decide to do, you can get support here! And lots of it.

Have you tried Food Focus before for calorie counting? I'm doing that and I think someone else is too.

Here Smile

Hope work is ok.

Afternoon.

DD is screaming. She is tired but won't sleep. I am bricking it about going to work tonight.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 14/09/2010 15:49

On a positive note, I have found my glasses and phone charger.

Cheers saf. Sorry, I know I'm not the only one having a bad day xx

I can't stand slimfast, I'm afraid. I've had some soup.

I just feel really jangly and Tuesdays are stressful anyway. Plus I'm on tonight with a new girl so can't take a back seat iyswim.

This too shall pass.
