Just been to the market and got soaked [soggy]

My new Nintendo DS game has arrived (hurrah!) it is called My Fitness Coach and it charts your weight/bmi and calorie intake (like FoodFocus) and has a pedometer with it that you can plug in at the end of the day and it transfers your steps onto the DS and then tells you how many cals you have burned from walking. Best bit was it cost £1.20 from ebay Grin
My BMI is currently 28.5 whch actually isn't that bad i thought. Was 23(i think) pre-pg

Not without cutting me in for my idea you're not. Wink

Alice, I may try and get hold of that game if I can pick it up cheaply. How's F? Still clingy and grumpy?

Hey Alice - that is really good considering you've just had F.

SAF/Bitter - I am supposed to be cleaning since my lady's not coming but I just CBA. Not at all which isn't like me! I am a super clean/OCD freak.

It's the first time I have done any proper cleaning in a week mouse. And I am the same usually, proper clean freak.

Just been reading the teenage thread Shock DD is going into a nunnery!

F is much better thanks, got him started on some infacol yesterday and it seems to hav helped.

Mouseface · 11/09/2010 15:12

Alice - glad F is better. DD lived on Infacol!! You can get something better, let me know and I'll ask my sister for the name. It's pricey but by christ, at 2 in the morning, you'd sell your left leg for it!!

Re that thread. I NEVER read them. I know that if I did, I'd be off out to the shed and then nailing DD's bedroom door up, with her in it!!

Scares me to death to think of what she might get up to. Especially if she is anything like me. Blush

Afternoon lovelies

Sorry have not been on to see you, have been trying to not MN as much and have been more productive as a result.

DS2 starts school on Monday and had my lovely brother's wedding last friday which was fab but very stressful due to my f'ed up family. They have genuinely surpassed themselves this time, am only hoping that me and my brother will be more successful at marriage than my Mom and Dad.

Hope you're all good Smile

Hey Lizzy, I love a good wedding, although I sob every time. Smile

I am feeling quite perky. It's amazing what a couple of hours sans DC can do for the soul.

I may be like my parents, which was to be as strict as strict until I was 15 or 16 then totally back off and hope that I could act responsibly. It worked. Mostly.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 11/09/2010 15:50

Today I have eaten

Small bowl of mini weetabix
Tuna sandwich
Jacket with beans planned for dinner.

I can't get on the lord food as I have forgotten my password but that can't be too many calories, surely?

I think I am going to try to stick to 2 protein only days during the week, and calorie count the rest of the time. Only drinking at the weekends too.

Mouseface · 11/09/2010 16:18

Hey Lizzy Smile

I have had bacon and some cheese and cucumber. I am still craving carbs so we are on carbonara (?) for dinner.

OP posts:
Mouseface · 11/09/2010 16:47

Bitter - can you give me any idea of what I can eat protein wise, other than chicken, eggs, fish and cheese?

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 11/09/2010 16:49
