I'm Mouse, I eat far too much cheese food and need to lose more than I did last week, all thanks to a long weekend away!

So, if you are looking to lose weight, keep off what you've already lost or just want to talk about general bollocks healthy eating etc, this is the thread for you!

I once dreamt I fell in love with someone. When I woke up I was still besotted. Took me weeks to get over him! The saddest crush I ever had. But it was real. It felt like real love. Very odd.

Afternoon. Was late for school pick up.

Grilled steak and scrambled egg for dinner which means today I will have eaten

1 medium steak
1 egg

And about ten gallons of tea.

I have erupted with IBS symptoms.

MrM has just come home. He met a friend of ours for lunch today when out interviewing. We stay at their appartment in Menorca.

His wife has breast cancer. She is 41. She goes into hospital next week for surgery, and then they will take it from there.

I'm very upset. Can I have a hug please?

So sad. They have two boys both under 10.

Oh mouse, I don't know what to say :(. Life just isn't fair sometimes. Hopefully the surgery will go really well and she'll be up and about in no time.

How ridiculous. Why do I do that? I did it when our friends told us their little boy was deaf. I was expcting Nemo and thought what if there is something wrong with him..........
