I'm Mouse, I eat far too much cheese food and need to lose more than I did last week, all thanks to a long weekend away!

So, if you are looking to lose weight, keep off what you've already lost or just want to talk about general bollocks healthy eating etc, this is the thread for you!

Bloody Hell saf you have been busy.

I have shredded, showered, had a friend round for coffe and played with DD. Not so busy!

Really struggling to remember anything

SAF - I'm impressed! Despite the lack of sleep, i seem to be doing more now than i have done in the last 6/12months

I am still getting used to my new netbook and just pressed something and my slatterns list came up halfway through my post to SAF

It's allright Double.. I didn't just eat a dipped flake either.

Sounds productive SaF.. I worked and then sat down for lunch with DD and .............. fell asleep! My sofa is deadly!

I am going to do 1 small household job a day.. today's will be to fix the window latch on the stairs.

DD is being all lovely and I have enjoyed having today with her, she is soft and sweet and tender....

I am in a lollopy bear hugging mood so ((( ))) . I am wearing a yeti jacket which is knitted and lined with fleece and is sooooo snuggly. We have a fair trade clothing shop in the village and they are divine.

Ive survived two days of training without falling asleep. It's very nice to finish ridiculously early too! Last day of that tomorrow and then I get to go to my actual job and meet the people I'll actually be working with!

I got some new specs, ordered my contact lenses and saw the doc who was awesome. Very understanding. Gave me something to use as a crutch rather than vodka!

Hi UNO, no I'm really new in here.

I did do the shopping, and have created a couple of culinary masterpieces in the kitchen. :) I also had a bath and wallowed in self pity!!! LOL I'm all good now though. Well for the next 10 mins anyway

That's my secret dream too. One day I'll get the guts together to actually send my manuscript off to a publisher... But no time soon. I'll keep tweaking it for a while.
