The title says it all really!! Grin

I'm Mouse, I eat far too much cheese food and need to lose more than I did last week, all thanks to a long weekend away!

So, if you are looking to lose weight, keep off what you've already lost or just want to talk about general bollocks healthy eating etc, this is the thread for you!

Sorry, JFD is kind of a family motto.

Just Fucking Deal (with it)

Most things are dealt with with the sentiment that we should just snap out of it.

Bedtime for me, I need to be 'OK' mum in the morning for DD's first day.

Back tomorrow to see what non exciting food I can eat. Must plan my days better.

Hmm, fruit n fibre with semi skimmed milk, soup again for lunch, or smoothie and a toasted muffin......

Hoops on toast for dinner. Tuna salad? BigMac meal Dust? Lettuce?

Boring myself nearly as much as you lot now.

Night lovelies, sleep well. xxxx

Looks like I'm last to bed, first to rise.

Good Luck double for the interview today xx

mittz · 07/09/2010 08:20

Aww Mouse, sorry you are feeling a bit out of sorts (( ))

Big big day for DD as well i guess Smile

And you Bitter.. hope today is better and brighter.

You need some good luck vibes today ID? >

I didn't sleep best but thought to play a meditation CD so I could focus on that rather than getting dragged into negative stuff. I feel a wee less harrowed this morning so it might be a solution Smile

DC's last day off school. It's been OK and I will miss them but routine will be nice again.

Out to work soon so hugs and snogs xx

Good luck for DD and the docs Mouse.

I have had a low fat yogurt with oatbran for breakfast. Ham and chicken for lunch and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for dinner.

1 x shred level 1 plus 1x blast off belly fat.

Saf, poor DS how could you wash his hair? Shock Grin

Mouseface · 07/09/2010 09:28

SAF - yes to docs, 4pm. I'm going armed with a list of 'symptoms' and I'm going to say that I think I need help with just getting through the day. I'm going to be very honest re the booze, self medicating to sleep, to exist etc.

We'll see what the doc says re meds. I'm not doing counselling, it doesn't really work for me. I get too cross at the start, and can't get past the 'yes, but I know that' feeling. Blush

So, it's a case of WAS - wait and see!!

Egypt sounds awful!! I'm not a fan of dust as you all know from my rants about Bodgit & Scarper!! Grin

It's quiet in the house, no 'can I have', 'can I just', 'will you get me'.......going on!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 07/09/2010 09:33

Forgot to say I had a chat with DS and told him that from now on if he didn't ask before taking food he would lose his snack money for the day and lose his story.

No more shouting, no telling off but he would lose both those things. It seems to have worked this morning, but that may be just the fact there is nothing left to steal except yoghurts and bananas.
