The title says it all really!! Grin

I'm Mouse, I eat far too much cheese food and need to lose more than I did last week, all thanks to a long weekend away!

So, if you are looking to lose weight, keep off what you've already lost or just want to talk about general bollocks healthy eating etc, this is the thread for you!

Grin Double!!!!!!

It's freezing here, just put a lightweight jumper on!!

DD is in the garden with a boy. Playing football. MrM is knocking a wall done and Nemo is watching Big Cook Little Cook, aka perves in a kitchen!!

For those who didn't know, apparently, they have both done some late night sex show! Not sure if it was together!!

That sounds great Double, the outfit I mean.

Although you in a boob-tube is strangely appealing too. I need to get out more.

Smart/cas is always good.

I'm baaaack, said in a very evil voice ;)

I've discovered something I oughtn't have, in fact what I discovered is going to make my journey even harder. Fortunately I have will power in abundance now, and so the packet will not have miraculously been devoured by the weight gain devil.

Got a race tomorrow, so will be burning some cals doing that :) Then the plan is to refuel on lots of protein and veg (aka a roast dinner no tatties) :)

Mouseface · 04/09/2010 17:26

Now, now 100. That is not allowed. You can't discover something so wonderful and not tell all!

Share with your fellow LIGHTer lot! Grin

Erm, but I would hardly be being fair in helping you lose weight if I shared my biscuit find with you, would I????

Mouseface · 04/09/2010 17:37

No, I suppose not. Sad

In actual fact, it really is best that you don't. I'm a sucker for a great biscuit!! Especially if it has even the smallest amount of chocolate in.

BUT.......... the kick ass starts Monday! It's only Saturday so spill!! Grin

100years · 04/09/2010 17:45

Oh, well there isn't even a hint of choc in these ones, they are dairy and wheat free pink wafers. Very lovely :) But biscuits none the less. I saw them and thought I would try them and they were yummy, scrummy food in my tummy!!!

Phew! Disaster averted then 100!! Grin

SAF - glad you had a lovely day. The co-op makes me meltdown. Ours is really small and I feel utterly hemmed in!!

Awful.

Homemade pasta sauce, tomato, peppers, garlic, onion, worcester sauce, and a bit of ham with garlic bread.

Yummy scrumy in my tummy!! Grin

Double - no fecking way lady! We are doing this TOGETHER!!!

You know it makes sense. And just cos you are overseas, doesn't excuse you from the programme!!

No siree!! And I need you to kick my wobbly ass into shape!!

So, go eat your Snickers (not that there will be any left) and all other snackage you have stashed away!

Come Monday, it's off the menu!!!

Double, I've fallen for the send them to me trick before, I won't let that happen a second time.

Ah mouse I think my wheat and dairy free biscuits are safe from your advances then ;)

I need to be making tea, need lots of rice to fuel me for tomorrow, and I need an early night, neither of which is happening just now. I'm having a little moment.

100years · 04/09/2010 18:49

SAF, yeah I would say that's exercise and harder still if it's a ploughed field.

I'm going to go the opposite way and I may, just may have a drink on Monday!!! I don't drink as a rule, but not because I am 'off my drink' or trying to cut back, just because I'm not that keen, and very much a lightweight when I have some, which considering my size is a miracle.
