The title says it all really!! Grin

I'm Mouse, I eat far too much cheese food and need to lose more than I did last week, all thanks to a long weekend away!

So, if you are looking to lose weight, keep off what you've already lost or just want to talk about general bollocks healthy eating etc, this is the thread for you!

I'd get - would do better if she directed her energy into learning, not talking. Grin

Could you lot do me a favour and add some comments hereplease. Would be much appreciated. Smile

Mouseface · 04/09/2010 10:38

Morning.

SAF - no luck on that game! I spent the night being chased by bears, gangsters and slapping DD's horrid friend for leaving her stranded. Oh, and all of this was done in pjs or naked. AARRRGGGGGHHHHH!

Glad you woke feeling brighter! Long may it last. Smile

Re the DVD player - send it back woman!!! That would drive me mad, watching a line across the screen!

Double - Go get those boots!!!

Bitter - MrM was up at 6am. Been awake for ages. Something in the air? It's very crisp but bright here. A slight nip in the air!

Mittz - I hope you have a lovely day just being you. Sorry that DS is making your head fizz.

Today I will be MNing and ironing DDs uniform, doing the on-line shop and hating myself.

I WEIGH 10 FUCKING STONE!!!!!!! AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!

My plan is to eat all of the snacking crap I have bought over the weekend and then start a fresh on Monday!

Why do I have to diet the whole time?

Meh.

Oh, and my boobs are killing me, again. I hate my hormentals.

Meh again.

Sorry, whinge over.

Good morning,

I'm a newbie on here. Trying to lose some of my heafty weight before TTC. It's very hard work, but I'm doing everything I can.

Am I in the right topic/thread?

Mouseface · 04/09/2010 10:47

Morning 100.

Sure are! We are about to start a serious crackdown on flab and jelly belly's.

Are you up for it? Starts Monday so get rid of all your chocolate, pork pies and crisps over the weekend!!!!

Hello 100. Smile

Yes, you have come along at the right time - Monday we are all starting a blitz, with maybe a touch less chatting.

Right, My parents will be here in 20 minutes and we are still all in our Jammies. Blush

I'm not bossy as a rule! But I know it wouldn't be hard for me to be bossy! I try to please everyone by being nice, it doesn't work and I need to stop it!!!!

Well I don't have anything in my house like that already, since me and my lovely man had the chat last week I've been very strict with myself, although the scales are being awkward and not showing my hard work :(

So Monday is cool for me anyway.

Lots of posts to reply to, apologies if I miss anyone out.

I'm going for 2 stone in the first instance, I figure that's a good place to be, before TTC. Eventually I would like to be comfortably in a size 14. Currently in 18 tops and 20/22 bottoms. I weigh the same as several elephants but have huge thigh muscles from exercise!

100years · 04/09/2010 11:04

I make a point of not commenting on how people look if they are small or large, it's not about that, it's about how you feel inside. Comments like that helped me develop a severe self image problem and it's hard to get over that.

So long as you feel happy in what you wear and weigh(if you are going for a weight) then that's all cool. :)

I'd love to be able to come out with a sarcastic comment like 'I didn't ask your opinion on my weight, did I?'

So, I want to be 9st 6lb. I'm 5'7". My plan is to reduce my carbs - bread, pasta, rice, spuds and up the protien. I may do the Lord again and try my no jumping Shred routine.

MAKE ME STICK TO IT!!! I AM COUNTING ON YOU ALL!!!!

My norks are bloody huge though so I may look top heavy again!! Hmm

100 - I'm a size 10 bottom, I have no ass and a size 14/16 top!

Do they do boob reductions on the NHS if you look uneven or do you have to have a medical issue?

Sorry SAF!

I think the NHS will do reductions if the humungous norks are giving you back problems. You could probably say they are giving you back problems if they are truly huge.
