Afternoon all Smile

I am still waiting on information to come through so i can start work. Such a PITA waiting as i have had childcare since 7am and not been able to get on. Grrrrr.

On the upside i have spoken to HMRC, booked a chimney sweep, spoken to the garage, been to the post office, tidied the house, done a load of washing and shredded

I too need some kicking as i am now +10 on my lowest weight. Went to the gym and pilates last night and food ok, so hopefully i am somewhat back in the right mindset.

Internet dating would scare the bejesus out of me. However one friend married her internet bloke and he is lovely so there is some hope. SAF, you are gorgeous and funny and therefore have the right to obliterate all timewasters and marrieds who try it on

Nice new name there prime, and LOL @ Mouse not figuring Grin

Hi TC, sounds like the eating and everything is still going well. Well done Smile. Let me know if you want me to send Jillian back over to you? Grin. She was awful this morning and somehow extended her 20 minute workout to feel like 45 minutes of pain. Norty lady Hmm

TotalChaos · 24/08/2010 12:42

yeah, some more erm committed exercise needed.

I don't wear jeans much, tend to wear joggers/leggings and tunic type tops rather than fitted trousers. tummy is one of my worst areas, as is double chin - you'ld think losing 3 stone would have nuked the double chin, but oh no..

TotalChaos · 24/08/2010 12:46

what a pain crispy, guess it's a big problem in that area of work having to wait till everyone else gets their act together.

think I will pass on the kind offer of scary gillian, I've got the 10 minute carb blasting one, which despite being cheapo and supermarket is pretty good, and not as core as scary "abs like this don't come for free" woman.

maybe if we kick each other enough times that will count as exercise Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 24/08/2010 12:48

Alright, i'll keep scary Jillian here

Mouseface · 24/08/2010 12:52

Crispy - sounds like a very productive morning. I don't do namechange guessing anymore. I just ask. Too thick and too scared.

Anyway, I am up for a bit of hard graft re losing weight. I need to shift it and shift it soon.

So, once DS is asleep, I'm meeting Jillian for a Mouse version of Shredding, then shower and lunch before he wakes.

Dinner is tinned spag on toast tonight with buckets of water.

Fancy or what!

Good luck at the cashpoint Prime. Smile

Shred was ok, not done it for a while so thought she'd kill me but I do it without the impact of jumping so I guess I get off lightly anyway.

Has anyone seen Mittz today? Hope she's ok.

Lunch next........ oh what to have when all I want is carbs and carbs and chips.

That's the one! I'm terrified! Not worked full-time in a long time. Argh!

How will I cope?

Alicetheinvisible · 24/08/2010 15:13

Hello Smile

I have been here twice in the last 2 days and had to abandon before posting due to Fred milk monster Grin (will let him off coz he's cute)

Double - how is your dog? My aunt had one like yours as a puppy and it really did look like a walking mop, very cute Grin

Hope everyone is well. I am only looking around 4months pg now, so definite bonus, plus my enormous pants are now rolling down which is not fun, but as DH pointed out, means my tummy is shrinking (good old DH) I was 12.7st just before having F, now 12st, despite him weighing 9lb2oz Hmm i blame the boobs, which i just had to get some bigger bras for, in.........34H Shock they are bigger than my head.

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 24/08/2010 15:15
