mittz - have you spoken to doc at all about your out of whack periods, in case there's something that can be done about them?

bitter - yes I also have Kevin the teenager at age 6, who hates me, is bored, doesn't careBiscuit.

think I have knackered a Nintendo DS by spilling coffee on it Blush

Mouseface · 12/08/2010 19:21

Double - it is a Pippin, same breed, I'm sure. I thought Pippin when I saw him!!

Bearded Collie I think?

Thanks SAF. Smile

Have a lovely time Alice!!!

Mouseface · 12/08/2010 19:24

Hey TC!!

Oh dear re the Nintendo!

Mittz - I second the docs re your plumbing. I still haven't been. Blush What are your plans for Monday?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 12/08/2010 19:39

DD pooed on the loo today fro the first time since her bout of constipation at the beginning of November. I am very very slightly being optomistic that this could be the start of her improving.

TotalChaos · 12/08/2010 19:41

fingers crossed for light at the end of the tunnel, Five.

Lizzylou · 12/08/2010 19:42

YOur dog is sooo cute, Double and I hate dogs normally.

Well done Fanny's DD, may more poos on the loo follow.

DS2 has been such a feral boy this evening, he got sent to bed. Have just had snuggles now, he is so utterly beautiful but is sooo in need of going to school now.

How is everyone?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 12/08/2010 19:44

Feral children here aswell, but if I hvae to boo the black knight one more time then I will go nuts.

Hope DS survives TC, can you bung it somewhere warm to dry out completely?

Mouseface · 12/08/2010 20:03

Fanny - Yay for your DD!!!! Bless her. Fingers crossed that this is going to get easier.

Hello Lizzy!!! I'm madly writing lists to try and remember what DS needs! Feeding tubes, tape, syringes, meds, feeding pump, etc etc etc! The rest of us will be taking a third of what my little chap needs!! Not to mention finding out where the nearest children's A&E/ward is to where we'll be. So much washing and that's before we get back!! Phew!! Bet you're sorry you asked!! Grin

Right, dinner time in the Mouse house. Be back in a bit.

Coming to the end of day 11!!! Yay!! God knows how after the day I've had.

Lizzylou · 12/08/2010 20:05

Mouse whereabouts in Dorset are you going? DH is mad keen to go since we saw it on TV a few times, sooo beautiful.

TC is the DS yours or DS's? Hope it's OK!

TotalChaos · 12/08/2010 20:09

we have two family ones iyswim - didn't want DS to feel that one was his to theoretically avoid carelessness and obsessive playing iyswim.

can't think of anywhere particularly warm in house tbh!

FiveGoMadInDorset · 12/08/2010 20:12

Mouse, are you off here, anything I can help you with regarding hospitals?

mittz · 12/08/2010 20:12

Yes, I have spoken to the Docs and they said it is due to long term stress bringing on the onset of the menopause. Hmm I didn't talk about anything for it. I want to get my weight and diet back under control. I am comfort eating so badly. Everything in my mind and body says stop but I just do it. Sad

I have lost my muchness. Muchly. TBH I feel like crap. I am tired, stressed, broke, broken and can't be arsed to fix myself. I get a bit upper for a few days and then wham. Have just been to counselling and she says she feels I am just really starting to really open up to her Hmm Nearly a year of talking. Sometimes, when I am not working, I just sit. I am 41 on monday and what? The age itself doesn't bother me but disappointed as to where I am in life.

Wish some other fucker would fix things for a bit.
Sos...not a good one Sad

FiveGoMadInDorset · 12/08/2010 20:13

Or anything else.

Lizzy - your DH has very good taste.

Mittz, I firmly believe that your life is on the up big style, I do. I think the counselling is raking stuff up which you need to deal with and once you get through that you will be stronger. You have a new job, wonderful kids, you are beyond beautiful and you have a gorgeous soul. You will get through this my lovely.

Fanny, he has got great taste, he married me! Grin

Mittz - get back to a more sympathetic doctor, maybe it is "just" perimenopausal stuff, but maybe hormones are out of whack and that is affecting your moods? are you find it harder with being the school hols, so kids are more full-on?

Lizzylou · 12/08/2010 20:42

Total makes an excellent point, Mittz. Hormones going awry can make anyone feel like they have had enough.
I would really push for a second opinion.

And can I just say Mittz you are one of the most wonderful people I have ever met? Truly you have this aura of just loveliness and serenity. You reminded me of Cate Blanchet as the Elven Queen in Lord of the Rings, this calm and cool beauty with a glow about you.

Sorry if this makes you Blush!

mittz · 12/08/2010 20:44

No TC, we are having a lovely holiday apart from being strapped for cash. Which in itself isn't my greatest headache.

I was better at pretending to be OK, I don't enjoy feeling.

I will try the docs again, I would hate to be going through this if it was something that could be sorted. Thanks for the lovely words.. Smile

I have dog Envy, can we dog share and post him to and from each others ID?

Are you recovered from Beckhamitis yet Lizzy?

So, a picture of Dawg in BSNN's arms will send you into raptures then ID?
