Is anyone else having problems with the Sarah Raven website today?

I have been a Sarah Raven client for many many years, have attended her workshop in Robertsbridge and follow her. This morning I went onto place my spring bulb order and the web site is frozen. Can't place my order !!!! What on earth is going on ?

Have you heard about the recent bad customer service? It may well be related.

thankyou - I didn't realise how bad the service was. It's so sad because her advice and inspiration is excellent.

Maybe it is overwhelmed because of the weekend discount deal. I’ve had my shopping basket full since yesterday but haven’t checked out yet. I haven’t ordered anything since early spring so didn’t know about the customer service problems. Perhaps they are discounting to lure people back.
