What are your delights this year?

Following from the other thread, can we do the opposite? What are you really pleased with?
For me it is the blue perennial geranium that I planted (think it might have been Johnson's Blue, but can't quite remember). It has flowered and flowered and flowered. Also the Erysimum 'Bowles's Mauve which I grew from cuttings (my first attempt!)... which has also flowered endlessly.
I'm always looking for things that flower for ages ... so any suggestions gratefully received!

sunflowers are glorious up here, I know they're really simple to grow but still very proud :)

I'm pleased with most things in my garden; the fruit and veg especially are doing quite well. But I think my favourites are the grapevine which has now completely covered my pergola so I've got a nice shady place to relax, and my tomatoes that are growing like triffids.

The packet of cosmos seeds I bought as a punt. They all germinated within days and my garden is amazing now. I don't do annuals except sweet peas but I'll make an exception for these.

A cottage garden mix from aldi has made my summer. Loads of cobalt cornflowers, tangerine califonia poppies and various traditional poppies in pinks and reds amongst other delightful but unknown plants. Best 60p I ever spent.

I have a little patch of artichokes in a flower border that used to be my veggie patch. I'm not that keen on eating artichokes (too much prep) but I leave them there for the structure and large flowers.

This year my artichokes are seven feet tall!

Our lupins have been magnificent! I grew them from seed last year so I am proud!

The nasturtiums are looking fab so far too.

My wallflowers purple, orange, yellow, magenta and sweetpeas, lavender, and roses. And the small number of veggies I've grown. I love them all!

My sweet peas are wonderful this year.

It's my first year of growing veg, or gardening at all, and the thing I've had most success with is chillies - I have loads of them! Probably the cayenne were the most reliable, although I should have chucked away the worst seedlings, as those plants ended up leggy and scant. But the normal seedlings have been so prolific.

Other chillies too have all been extremely generous. Which is ace as I do love chillis - fresh, frozen, in jam etc.

Looks like I'll have a massive tomatillo crop also. Will have to get googling what the heck to do with them.

The edible igloo I grew for the DDs. Peas, beans, cucumbers, climbing squash, nasturtiums over a hazel frame sort of igloo shaped It's fabulous.

This is tiny triumph (apologies) but I'm so amazed that i stuck a practically dead mint sprig into my veg patch and it's now thriving beyond belief and spreading!

Because everything's the othe way round in Australia, I'm speaking of last spring and summer, with kangaroo paws and verbena bonariensis nearly six feet tall.

My geranium attar of roses survived the winter outside and has flowered its socks off, it smells amazing and I pick leaves off every time I am near it!

We were given some unidentified seedlings by SIL last year and they flowered nicely, and we thought that was the end of them. But we didn'tt realise they had self seeded all over the flower beds and are glorious this year. Really good value, the bees love them, they are spilling out over the lawn. I think they are a type of Bugloss.

My new white and pink climbing roses. Just glorious to open French windows get wafts of rose scent when bootling about the kitchen...

Roses- loads of flowers all summer. I have to avoid looking at the black spot though! I have tried, and failed, to control it.

Tomatillo salsa is lovely. Riverford have a good recipe. I love my beautiful blue hydrangea that I rescued from the bargain corner of the garden centre :)

Diascia, lots of lovely colour all summer. Great value.

The ammi magus I grew from seed. Beautiful, although needs a lot of staking. Also the Hilltop Beacon geums I bought from Malvern spring show, so lovely and I am looking forward to splitting them this autumn and having twice as many.

My Philadelphus was an absolute delight this year.

It's got to be my agapanthus, Russian sage, lythrum, hardy geraniums (cranes bill) and roses

It's got to be dahlias: I was a bit dubious about them thinking they were a bit blowsy or brash, but I was given some plants grown from seed this year and they are just lovely. I've got them in pots of matched colours and dotted them about the garden wherever there was a gap, I'm really impressed with them!
