Champagne is ok - I don't hate it, but I just wouldn't pay all the extra £££ over and above ordinary wine for it.

Strawberries are great if they are freshly-picked ones from the local area. Imported ones however are a complete waste of time!

No, no, you're all doing it wrong if you say butternut squash is horrid. You need to add some chilli and cumin - completely lovely. Fantastic accompaniment to something like lamb, done like that.

Cat - I understand. We had a strawberry patch, a cooking apple tree....and runner beans.

My dad used to go and catch us lobsters. I thought they were quite tasty (and didn't cost any money, which probably helped).
