HELP! it looked like a bargain, loads of meat for a fiver, but it's been sat in the fridge for a week and I don't know what to do with it.

Any suggestions welcome

I've just made Nigella's ham in coca cola (Sainsbury's is currently doing half price ham joints) and have no idea what to do with the stock that's left. any ideas?

Do you think the stock might keep for a few days? Was wondering whether I could use it to cook potatoes boulangere later on this week?
