I need to prepare s salmon blinis (was gonna do a blob of cream cheese then salmon on top) for 8pm tonight.
Anyone know how far can I do them in advance without em going soggy?

oh thanks onebat,v useful to know. Do I need to warm em up? (going to someone else's house and don't want to assume I have "oven rights"! )
