I need to prepare s salmon blinis (was gonna do a blob of cream cheese then salmon on top) for 8pm tonight.

Anyone know how far can I do them in advance without em going soggy?

TIA

do them now, wrap in foil, refrigerate, warm through in medium oven.

you can even freeze in future. in fridge - a day or so in advance?

oh thanks onebat,v useful to know.
Do I need to warm em up? (going to someone else's house and don't want to assume I have "oven rights"! )

yes, I think so - to freshen, rather than heat through necessarily, though they come from the fridge too chilly to eat as they are. Just hand her the tinfoil parcel?

Actually, just put them in tinfoil and don't refrig. Then taste just before leaving and you'll know if they need freshening. Temperature won't be an issue.

I've been wondering the same esp as Nigella only says you can prepare the individual components in advance and assembling should be done at the last minute. Def not warming through though.
