Home made chicken nuggets - how to?

I know this has probably been done to death but does anyone have a quick recipe for home made chicken nuggets please. Haven't got the patience/time to trawl throught the recipe section.
Also any tips for home made oven chips that don't stick to the pan (haven't got a deep fat fryer!)

chop up the bread before using the hand blender
same with the chicken i'd guess, so it doesnt have to work as hard breaking it up.

shoobaloo, I've got one of these mini blenders . I prefer to buy chicken breast and mince it myself (cut it into small chunks first). Ditto with breadcrumbs.

But hadn't thought of that before Fio, good idea.

Also, can I freeze these and if so do I cook them all first then freeze or just freeze them once I've made the batch up and then cook them when I need them? And if I do have to freeze then cook, how do I cook them? DO I have to defrost them first? If I can cook them all first then freeze them after, how do I reheat them again when I want them? Sorry for all the questions but don't want to poison DS!
