My 4 year old thinks she will get fat if she eats :(

I am having real problems getting her to eat the last few weeks, as she can't talk probably yet, I can't explain much to her, but she said this morning when I asked what she wanted for breakfast "nothing, I will get fatter and fatter!!" Now none of us have any food problems, and we all eat well, so I have no idea where she could have got this from. I am worried as she is leaving her breakfast, eating at school (but not sure how much as she has school dinners) and picking at her evening meal. She also says it makes her feel sick.
Help

she doesn't eat everything the rest of the family eat, she eats the topping of pizza, and eats mince but nothing else that you put with it, but I can't even get her to eat these things atm

I have the same problem with DS 6. He's never been a big 'eater' but has recently started saying he didn't want to eat or he'd get fat and shouting things like 'look at that fat lady' in the street! It's sad but I think the media etc has an effect on kids even at that age, also, we used to joke alot about SIL being a 'fatty', not really a 'fatist', just didn't like her to start with! We don't say the 'f' word in our house anymore! My DS must be the only kid who when asked if he wants to go to McDonalds, replies 'no you get fat if you go to McDonalds'! There's alot of jokes and comments about people being 'fat' even on kids TV, perhaps she's seen something silly on TV that's worried her or she heard another kid calling someone 'fat', it's so sad that such young children have worries like this, hope she feels better soon

also when she was younger she had problems with textures and would choke on food and drink, the hospital thought it was due to her feeding tube when she was in SCBU and it had an effect on her. She has been fine the past year and hasn't choked on food, and now this

there is nothing so lovely as when you hold a new born baby in your arms. I absolutely love the bit when you meet your baby - so special.
