My 4 year old thinks she will get fat if she eats :(

I am having real problems getting her to eat the last few weeks, as she can't talk probably yet, I can't explain much to her, but she said this morning when I asked what she wanted for breakfast "nothing, I will get fatter and fatter!!" Now none of us have any food problems, and we all eat well, so I have no idea where she could have got this from. I am worried as she is leaving her breakfast, eating at school (but not sure how much as she has school dinners) and picking at her evening meal. She also says it makes her feel sick.
Help

i puked after having Dd1, but I think that was because her birth was so fast and quick and I used TOO much gas and air, 1 and 1/2 canisters of the stuff in 2 hours lol

I had gas and air for my births too, I was forced to have pefidin (sp??) with Dd2, which I wasn't impressed with anyway.

I am excited though, it will be very strange, never been at a birth before, except my own kids. Mum was at my kids births, and I never thought that anyone would ask me [sob]

there is nothing so lovely as when you hold a new born baby in your arms. I absolutely love the bit when you meet your baby - so special.
