What's for tea tonight?

Mines smashed burgers, lettuce, gherkins, ketchup and American cheese. With mini pork and pickle pie and a slice of polish smoked bacon. Lovely. Had no lunch.

Leftover Thai green chicken curry i made last night with lots of veg

I'm just making a pasta salad - pasta, green pesto, black olives, sundried tomatoes.

And we've got a Sainsburys TTD quiche, green salad with mustardy dressing, carrots sticks with whipped feta dip.

Just me and DD, having food we can eat in front of the TV tonight.

I chucked together a chicken casserole in the slow cooker at lunch time and it was bloody lovely.

Chicken ceaser salad, new potatoes with mint from the garden, English tomatoes and M&S Deli style coleslaw.

Greggs pizza and salad.

We had a vegetable and chorizo casserole , just eaten it and it was lovely .

Sausage, bacon, fried egg, fried bread, mushrooms, beans and tomatoes

Steak pie from my local butchers, chips, peas and gravy 😋

Was going to make chilli and baked potatoes but couldn't be bothered so did cheeseburgers with Richmond's Meat Free burgers, salad and onion rings.

It was pretty meh to be honest and I wish I'd made the chilli and baked potatoes after all.

I put some lamb shanks in the slow cooker at about 12 before I went to a friend’s afternoon birthday party. I’ve got some microwave colcannon mash in the fridge and I’m on the bus home and I’m a wee bit tiddly. I’m feeling ridiculously pleased with myself for being this organised. It’s not the normal state of affairs but I’m acing today. Go me!

M&S gastro dine in, we had the chicken parm, triple cooked chips, mac and cheese croquettes and some sweetcorn.

Chilli mac, salad and garlic bread.

Sweet potato chips, peri-peri chicken and a salad, dressed.

Spicy beef stiry fry and a Mr Kipling cherry bakewell after (which was far superior to the main tbh lol)

We had homemade lamb and mint koftas, salad and pitta breads.

Dc had pizza. I had lazy aubergine parmigiana (sliced aubergine spread with tom puree/herbs and sprinkled with cheese). Was lush.

Dc cooked theirs btw and I had to do my own because 'eww vegetables' 🙄

Soup (beetroot, onion, squash, tinned tomatoes) and toast.

Sainsbury hunters chicken with a lovely homemade roasted vegetables of sweet potato, baby potato, courgette, red onion, carrots, peppers, cauliflower with some garlic paste

Made a huge tray of vegetables and will freeze four portions later for other nights.

Bizarrely as the sun is shining and we’ve been sat outside all afternoon, we are having beef stew and dumplings with lots of green vegetables. Feels like it should be a barbecue.

DH and friend had baked potatoes with various toppings. I had leftover lentil bolognese. Delicious!

Half an M&S pizza meal deal for us - pulled chicken and bbq pizza and some chicken bites ...dh "cooked" as I have a cold and feel a bit crap.
