Does anyone have a nice puff pastry chicken pot pie recipe,

Id quite like to make a chicken pot pie for a wee change to the usual beef, pork, chicken casserole, mince and tatties, cottage pie. Im getting a bit bored with it. So please, if you have a lovely recipe can you please share it with me? 😃

Sorry just coming back to this and haven't read the whole thread but I very often make it without mushrooms as my kids aren't keen. It's still delicious.

Sometimes I put leeks instead of the spring onions and sometimes add chorizo but think I prefer it without as it's quite rich anyway. The sauce - creme fraiche and stock - is a lovely consistency.
