I’m going to say the Berthaut’s Epoisses cheese I’m just getting round. Very very good end to the day. The braised red cabbage was a strong second.

I made a layered Mont Blanc pudding in a glass topped with brandy cream. It was amazing

I've just eaten a cold roast potato and it was bloody delicious.

Definitely the turkey this year. It was moist and cooked to perfection

Toss up between steak and apple cake

everything was delicious!! DH really outdid himself!! Mum’s sweetcorn stuffing was a highlight, as were the pigs in blankets, and my sausage roll twist things!!

My gluten-free vegetarian stuffing balls. I made the recipe up as I went along. Made masses. Enough to stuff the meat and to have loads of separate balls. I’m not keen on meat, but everyone else is, so I was looking forward to having loads of leftover stuffing to enjoy on Boxing Day. Only the others also loved the stuffing balls! Only five balls left.

I might have them for breakfast 😉

Turkey was fab
Everything was good
But bloody hell trying to serve it all hot. Nearly gave me a breakdown.

by, my Gorgeous Son and his Beautiful Fiancée! It was all brilliant, and it was so nice not having to worry about the dinner this year 🥰

She also cooked the whole dinner - which was lovely, and at least as good as mine. But I found it surprisingly hard to let go. I think I would have been okay if it'd been in her kitchen

I’ve been working long hours so did a completely M&S and Lidl bung it in the oven meal.The M&S Oakham turkey crown was the best. I didn’t even bother basting it. Tasty and moist.
(Their frozen spiced red cabbage was rubbish).

@Cando6 i got the cabbage from Lidl, it tasted okay just took ages to cook and the cabbage was still hard

The second half of a ‘Boxing Day Curry Wrap’ purchased from M&S on Christmas Eve.
OMG, the most delicious wrap I’ve ever tasted.

I have just eaten three gigantic marshmallows which were a gift from ds. They are incredible, but now my eyes are spinning and I may need a lie down. Must NOT eat any more of them today!

Some smoked Stilton cheese I bought from a delicatessen. We had Christmas soup and rolls for lunch, with a few bits of cheese and some grapes after. The cheese was awesome. We had some Cornish yarg as well, but that was a bit insipid after the stilton.

Homemade Tiramisu was divine today.
