Bit late to ask!

Using up veg day so am doing roast new potatoes with a fresh tomato and tuna sauce.

We’ve got steak, sautéed potatoes, Cavalo Nero and green beans. Usually have steak night on Friday but we missed it the other day and were busy all over the weekend, ds can’t go without his beloved steak 😂

Chicken souvlaki with homemade tzatziki, salad and flatbreads.

I normally make it with chicken thighs, but at £5 a small pack each, this time I got a whole chicken for £6, which I’ve roasted with garlic, onions and lemon. I’ll pull and chop it tonight and warm through with oregano, thyme and mint. Should last us 2 dinners and a bit for lunches the rest of the week for the 4 of us.

Nduja and burrata ravioli. I'm feeling lazy. Dp bought them on a whim, no idea if they'll be nice or not...
