Bit late to ask!

Using up veg day so am doing roast new potatoes with a fresh tomato and tuna sauce.

And damson fool for later…

How do you make tuna sauce?

Aw and we are having veggie/ pork sausages, mash, onion gravy and peas

fishcake with roasted tenderstem with a peanut butter and chilli oil sauce on top. Mondays tend to be quick and easy as I don’t get home til 7:30

Also a using things up dinner here! Pasta with creamy tomato sauce (using up Philadelphia and some soft tomatoes) with rocket and prawns (these are fresh!) and a shop bought cheese and onion flatbread which expires today... Have already eaten my portion with the toddler and it was actually very tasty!

I just had shopping delivered and cba to cook any of it! 😆

Mushroom and tarragon for me, pea and ham for him. From the supply in the freezer.

Chicken shawarma in flatbreads, with homemade coleslaw, air fried chips and garlic mayo.

I’m afraid my tuna sauce is just a tomato sauce (onion, garlic, tomatoes) with a tin of tina emptied into it… I had a kilo of fresh tomatoes so possibly two tins, I’ll see how it looks. I’d normally have pasta with it but we have a stack of potatoes to use up.

homemade chicken and bacon pudding here with mash and veg. It’s cold and miserable so gonna have that with lots gravy and a glass of red wine… celebrating a new job!!!
