Breakfast for a crowd that doesn’t involve ‘full-English ingredients’

Looking for breakfast ideas for a largish group (c 16 poss 20 people).

We will already have had full English or a variation on that the first two mornings so I don’t want to repeat that or make anything involving eggs, bacon or sausage (although there will no doubt be leftovers if anyone really wants that again). Baked beans/mushrooms will also be included in the full English.

We could have a selection of cereal, maybe Bircher muesli, fruit, croissants/Danish pastries/muffins etc. I think most people would be happy with that so am not at a loss. I just thought I’d ask on here as I know there are always brilliant ideas I haven’t thought of.

Thank you.

Let the lazy elves serve themselves!

OMG I didn't notice that! Themselves, obviously. Haha!

Kedgeree, shakshuka, overnight oats and museli for people to help themselves, plus a selection of fruit salad, small yoghurt pots, pastries, hot cross buns or crumpets.

Charcuterie board? Pancakes? Granola?

Time consuming, but delicious
