Any ideas? If I just chuck them all in a dish in the airfryer and let them melt and then chuck it on bread or pasta, will it be vile?

Freeze it and use it another time

Completelyjo · 14/01/2025 17:50

I would probably do a mac and cheese.

FizzingAda · 14/01/2025 17:59

Cauliflower cheese with the blue in the sauce is lovely. Grate up the cheddar and freeze. Put the Camembert in a dish, bake it, open and add chutney and eat with some crusty bread.

Baked Camembert
Cauliflower or macaroni cheese with the cheddar

GrowThroughWhatYouGoThrough · 14/01/2025 18:17

Eat with crackers for breakfast lunch and dinner 🤣

We went away on the 26th so I froze all the Christmas cheese. I’m eating a little a day, today I had some of the Stilton on a salad. You can cut through frozen Stilton - who knew Smile

Wavescrashingonthebeach · 14/01/2025 18:21

Cauliflower cheese or fondue

wriggleigglepiggle · 14/01/2025 18:23

I made cheese sauce then used it in a lasagna

TheArtfulScreamer1 · 14/01/2025 18:25

Cauliflower, broccoli and cheese soup currently on the menu for works lunches this week in my house.

ApplesinmyPocket · 14/01/2025 18:26

I'd melt them and eat with a spoon, and breadsticks or something. I love melted cheese above all other foods!

user989 · 14/01/2025 18:29

tartiflette with the camembert.

Id freeze the rest and use it when you need it

Chasingaces · 14/01/2025 18:30

Broccoli and Stilton soup or variations of and then freeze

AtleastitsnotMonday · 14/01/2025 18:34

Cheese scones
Cheese straws
Cheese and potato cakes (mash potato, add cheese, form into patties , seal in a pan then bake in the oven.

I’d stick the cheddar and Camembert in a cauli cheese or Mac & cheese. The blue I’d use to make a blue cheese sauce which is great served hot with steak, fried chicken, on a bacon and blue cheese burger, loaded fries with bacon and crispy onions etc or makes a great broccoli & cheese bake (although I’m less keen on this). It freezes really well - I had a load of leftover blue cheese from relatives at Xmas so turned it into the sauce and froze it in small portions for the fakeaway dishes above.

TooBigForMyBoots · 14/01/2025 18:39

Philly cheese steak.

Melt the cheeses slowly in double cream and mustard and paprika. Simplest cheese sauce ever.

TooBigForMyBoots · 14/01/2025 18:42

Pear and blue cheese tart using bought pastry.

MrsMoastyToasty · 14/01/2025 18:51

Cheese on toast- food of the gods !

marmaladeandpeanutbutter · 14/01/2025 22:33

Blue cheese pasta is delicious but calorific!

OnlyFrench · 14/01/2025 22:37

I make twice baked cheese soufflés and freeze them after the first baking. They rise really well.

I have a bag of leftover cheese that I grate and keep in the freezer.

Gettingbysomehow · 14/01/2025 22:39

All in one greedy session on crackers with lashings of real butter. You can tell I'm dieting.

ForestDad · 14/01/2025 22:59

What is this leftover cheese you speak of?

unsync · 14/01/2025 23:00

Cheese soufflé, sublime especially with a bit of blue in it.

MrsSkylerWhite · 14/01/2025 23:02

Cheese, potato and onion pie.
