Any ideas? If I just chuck them all in a dish in the airfryer and let them melt and then chuck it on bread or pasta, will it be vile?

I made a 4 cheese macaroni cheese yesterday. It was lush

Thanks all, some great ideas here.
I had to throw away the camembert, it had been there since before Christmas and gone off. Sad

Omelettes or quiche, yummy!

Blue cheese, pear and radicchio risotto. Or if you're feeling lazy, melt some blue cheese with added cream for a very simple pasta sauce.

Sorry, rubbish with links. Hairy Bikers’ one, I think, on BBC good food originally. Can’t recall which pastry they use: I always make shortcrust.

Nigel Slaters giant cheese scone.

And for this one?

Very easy. I make a white sauce in the microwave. (Butter, flour, milk). And add cheese

And then, pour it into a dish of cooked macaroni and bake at what temp and for how long? Thanks.

Delicious thread!

I love stilton mushrooms either as a side to steak or sometimes just with a nice bread. Fry the mushrooms then add a splash of double cream, crumble in stilton then some pepper.

Or broccoli and stilton soup.
