Also the bored of lunch author - he has published books but also has recipes that are easy to follow and quite simple on his Instagram account (also slow cooker recipes)!

I'd start by looking at the manufacturer's website - Phillips also have an app that I find useful.

I love my AF (had it over 8 years) & use it a lot.
It's a super-efficient, small fan oven that is very cheap to run.

I've looked at dedicated books, but I just adapt cooking times/temps for food/recipes that I would otherwise cook in the oven.
