Looking for ideas for simple meals when I cba to cook much, especially of the wrap/something on toast sort of meal.
So far I've got -
mushrooms on toast
avocado on toast
chapatti rolled up with onion bhajis, salad and minty yoghurt
pitta with falafel and salad
simple fajitas (tortilla with fried peppers/onions/kidney beans/spices)
naan bread with a really simple mushroom or chickpea curry (ie just fried up with an onions, spices and a bit of yoghurt)
Does anybody do the world's most delicious wrap, which I need to find room for in my life immediately? Is the toast world full of delicious toppings I've not yet contemplated?
