Roast pork or roast lamb?

Roast lamb I think (unless it's a stuffed pork joint and then maybe that).
Rhubarb and custards or blackjacks?

Blackjacks. Love both though.

Brownie or blondie?

Blondie - but neither would be my first choice of treat.

Wholewheat pasta or white pasta?

White pasta, regrettably

Bolognese or carbonara?

Carbonara

Mash or chips?

Omg that’s a hard one! Probably chips 😫

Massive fancy, buttercreamy, decorated chocolate cake, or plain school cake with water icing and hundreds and thousands?

Depends how much I’d have to eat of it. Probably school cake provided it was decently made and fresh.
