Fruit and fibre. Yes, baked apples come with raisins, in a large cooking apple with a pinch of cinnamon and brown sugar.

American pancakes or (embarrassingly I’ve blanked on this and my brain is coming up with “dildos”) those cake crumpets with lots of holes.

Wait, am I actually just thinking of crumpets? Sorry, just off to be embarrassed until next year.
