WTF can I do with 3 bags of mixed nuts that are about to go out of date that's not nut roast?

DH buys them when he's starting a "health kick" and never eats them.

They're about to go out of date. The kids have nut allergies. 🙄

Has anyone got any recipes that would use them up and I can take to work so they don't go to waste?

Roast them in spices or similar, loads of recipes online.

Or grind up and use in Christmas cake. I haven't been able to find ground almonds this year, so I actually had to make my own from some that were far more out of date than yours and they were fine.
