This is my third 'Roasting Tin' book and I absolutely love them! The only problem is Rukmini and I have a difference of opinion on carbs as every now and again she leaves them out
What are we thinking? Green salad? Coriander rice? Any opinions gratefully received.
(Ingredients are: Corn on the cob, red onions, chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, chilli, salt and for the dressing fresh coriander, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt).
