What to serve with this dish? (From: The Quick Roasting Tin)

Hi all,

This is my third 'Roasting Tin' book and I absolutely love them! The only problem is Rukmini and I have a difference of opinion on carbs as every now and again she leaves them out What are we thinking? Green salad? Coriander rice? Any opinions gratefully received.

(Ingredients are: Corn on the cob, red onions, chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, chilli, salt and for the dressing fresh coriander, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt).

I think a grainy type salad- tabbouleh or a pearl barley with loads of herbs. Looks nice!

I think white rice with coriander and lime juice stirred in would go really well with this!

Well I read out all your comments to the other household members and they voted on what they wanted with the corn! The winners were: a green salad, garlic flatbread, double yogurt sauce and bacon wrapped chicken 😂 feel free to judge away at my plate!
