.... the new vacuum packaging is awful. The meat is reduced to a sludge that is difficult to break up when cooking.
I got a refund, & Customer Services said they'd had a lot of complaints.
I suggest we all boycott it.

I found the taste fine but I was getting more and more angry trying to break it up. I usually slice mince in strips with a knife and add to the pan to make it quick to break up but with this it's just a solid slab that needs prodding for a good 10 minutes continuously! I bet it's great for meatballs and burgers though

We're told it's less packaging the trays can be recycled but the new packaging can't ! And the minced beef is just awful hard to cook and has a funny taste it a no no from me
