I've acquired a large pot of Greek yoghurt, looking for some new ideas for how to use it, ideally for a main course.
Usually, I'd make tandoori chicken or tsatsiki or add it to smoothies/ bowls of fruit. These will be my fall back, but I'm always amazed at the lovely suggestions MN comes up with and always happy to try new recipes.
Please don't tempt me with cake recipes as I try to avoid cakes apart from special occasions!
