I make a delicious beef curry in the slow cooker with stewing beef 🙌 Various spices fried with an onion, garlic and ginger, then the beef and a tin of tomatoes and leave it to cook for the day. Absolutely delicious!

I made chilli with stewing steak today, we prefer it to mince!

Agree with chilli, much better than the mince version.

Also birria tacos, take a bit of prep work but are truly delicious.
