I'm trying to use up all food and not waste anything. Apart from something and mash or something and chips, what do you do with your potato's?

Looking for cheap, family friendly recipes.

tiffycooks.com/crispy-potatoes-with-miso-butter/ this is lovely. You don't have to roast this, just pan fry with the miso sauce will do.
