Best bbq puds

Having a bbq in a couple of weeks but can't decide which pud/desert/sweet treats to do.

It will still be warm and trying to think of something fairy simple to feed a crowd. I can bake but won't really have the time.

Any ideas?

It's very easy. I've adapted it from a cooking school day i went on but it's roughly this:
Swiss roll (the jam with sugar in outside ) - Bells is good if up north! OR as I use, a Madeira cake sliced and made into nano "sandwiches" with raspberry jam
Put those slices in bottom of trifle bowl
Cover with frozen raspberries (not fresh as you want the juice as they defrost to soak the cake)
I then add 4 tbsp of blackcurrant liqueur, Brandy or Sherry - you can also use juice from more defrosted forest fruit, sweetened or cranberry juice. Leave this to soak for a couple hours.
For the custard it's 100g white chocolate melted , left to cool a bit then mixed into a carton of ready made custard
Them too with whipped double cream, grated white chocolate (which my kids thought was Parmesan ?? ) and fresh raspberries
It's so easy I'm almost ashamed to post it but it always gets wolfed down

Nano sandwiches - mini sandwiches
It'll disintegrate with nano ones 🤣. Clearly I type nano so often it's a default auto correct 🙄
