Cook some kale, add some cooked beetroot and pine nuts and stir the crumbled stilton through it. Yum.

Gnocchi, spinach and Stilton

Melt into crème fraîche or cream and serve poured over chicken and asparagus

Crumbled into vegetable soup.

Into a salad with walnuts, balsamic and a touch of honey.

I also made this but swapped the spinach for broccoli and added some cooked smoked bacon lardons. Delicious.

These blue cheese leeks with bacon are amazing.
