Umm Gousto deliver tomorrow so I'd be a bit stuck.

I've got left over roast pork, lots of eggs, rice and a tin of kimchi so bibimbap? Eggs and the emergency cooking chocolate stash makes chocolate mousse? Peanut butter soup for starters? It'll all taste nice but it's not exactly coherent.

Main: orange, ginger and paprika chicken breast on brown rice with fresh sliced greens
Pudding: home made rhubarb fools and fresh picked plums (my tree is overloaded)

Starter: fried mushrooms and garlic on toasted brown bread
Main: Thai red salmon curry with rice

Hooray for the veg box coming on Monday.

Indian here:
Starter: shop bought samosas and bhajis from the freezer with pickles and chutneys from the fridge.

Main: veg biryani (no coriander sadly) with potatoes, Patti pan squash, onion, French beans, carrots and peppers. No yoghurt so would use coconut milk. Spinach and coconut dal on the side. Naan from the freezer.
Pudding: banana and pecan pancakes with maple syrup.
