Ultimate cheese sandwich?

I’m ready to branch out from mature cheddar and Branston pickle.

What should I try instead?

I go through phases of sandwich. I'm back on Cheddar and Branston. Next stop will be either Cheddar, cucumber and mayonnaise or blue cheese and thinly sliced celery.
