Things to bake using self raising flour?

I have an unopened bag of SR flour which goes out of date soon. I am not much of a cook/baker but want to put it to use! All recipes I can find seem to be just for cakes. Any recipes for savoury things or non cake related bakes?

If I’ve got some spare (rare in this house as we love cake!) I make potato bread, soda bread or banana bread. I make protein pancakes (with oats) with SR flour too.
