Really looking forward to a chicken & spinach curry later although DD is bound to be upset as there's no Naan bread.

What's everyone else having?

Mine was leftover takeaway hash. A nearby restaurant does takeaway roast dinners and I got one yesterday. The portion was huge and would have easily feed two people. They threw in loads of extra Yorkshire pudding and gravy too. I have frozen some of the gravy as there was so much.

Beef stew with lots of onions, carrots, celery, thyme, red wine. Served with celeriac mash. It was meant to be for Sunday lunch but we were all tired and decided to swap our weekend days around.

Spaghetti, Swedish meatballs in tomato sauce, steamed veg on the side (green beans, carrots, broccoli) and garlic dough-balls.

(yes... double carbs... delicious double carbs)
