Usually I do a Roast on a Sunday but ended up not buying the things and not cooking a meal we should have had in the week so tonight we're having A Pinch of Nom's Cornish Pasty Pie.

For lunch we are having pasta with smoked salmon, rocket, olive oil, lemon and black pepper. It's a dairy free recipe I picked up from Pinterest and I love it.

What's everyone else having?

I used up the Saag I made last night by scrambling it with some eggs for lunch.

For dinner I am doing a "roast", a tray bake of root veg with sea bass on top for the last 10 mins. Will do some greens too.

It's taken me 30 years to persuade DH he does actually like fish without batter and I am fully exploiting it, especially as I have discovered an amazing fish delivery service during lockdown, it's been a life changer. Fish is so quick and easy.

HollyandIvyandallthingsYule · 06/12/2020 13:34

Become I'd be exploiting that too! Can I ask what fish delivery service you are using? I've finally got DD to eat more fish. She always iced it as a baby but has gone through a fussy stage that's lasted about long 12 years so far

It's a local company here (Essex) who were supplying restaurants but quickly mobilised to do domestic deliveries when the restaurants closed and everyone was struggling to get shopping. The quality and service has been superb, I really hope they don't stop once the restaurants get busy again.

frolicmum · 06/12/2020 16:35
